  • Uploaded Media Files: To utilize our core services, you may upload audio or video files (e.g., MP3, MP4, WAV). These files are used solely to perform the transcription or translation you requested and are permanently deleted within 24 hours.

  • Payment Information: We use Creem as our Merchant of Record (MoR) to handle all checkout processes and payment processing. When you make a purchase, your payment details are processed directly and securely by Creem. TextifyALL does not collect, process, or store your full credit card numbers or sensitive payment details on our servers. You can review Creem's privacy policy during the checkout process.

  • Usage and Device Data: We automatically collect standard diagnostic data, including your IP address, browser type, and interaction with our website, to ensure platform stability and prevent abuse.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information strictly for the following purposes:

  • To transcribe, translate, and process the media files you upload.
  • To authenticate your identity and manage your TextifyALL account.
  • To process transactions and send related billing receipts.
  • To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
  • To monitor website performance and prevent fraudulent activities.

3. Data Retention and Security

We understand the sensitive nature of your audio and video files. Therefore, we enforce a strict data retention policy:

  • Automatic Deletion: All uploaded media files and generated text transcripts are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 24 hours after processing is complete.

  • No AI Training: Your uploaded files and transcripts are never used to train, improve, or fine-tune our own or third-party Artificial Intelligence models.

  • Encryption: All data transfers between your browser and our servers are encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols.

4. Data Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share data with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate our platform:

  • AI API Providers: We may route your audio/video data through secure, enterprise-grade AI transcription APIs to generate text. These providers are strictly bound by confidentiality agreements and are prohibited from retaining or using your data for model training.

  • Cloud Hosting & CDN: Our website is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure (e.g., Cloudflare) to ensure fast and secure access globally.

  • Payment Processors: All purchases are handled by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Payment data is transmitted directly to Creem and is never stored on TextifyALL's servers. Creem is solely responsible for the security and processing of all payment transactions.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use essential cookies to operate our site and keep you logged in. We also use third-party analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand website traffic and improve the user experience.
